Warranty

Warranty

All Concrete Wolf’s machines are covered with a warranty of 1 year.  In general, machines are reliable, and “real” warranty cases are rare compared to occasional damage during shipping, which is also not a problem with DHL’s insurance!

What to do in case of a malfunction or transport damage?
Please take high‑quality photos or make a video as shown in the examples below.
Our customer support will assist you. To save the customer’s time, we typically ship out the replacement machine immediately and ask the customer to return the old machine in the same box in which the replacement arrived.

11 August 2026
The customer reported that while the machine still works well for leveling concrete, the right side of the machine started moving a bit differently, and the noise from it also became different. The verdict of our engineer was that one of the engines is broken and the machine will soon stop functioning properly.

We shipped out a new and much improved model as a replacement.

Case No. 1. Australia

Laser Receivers were improved to avoid the issue.

12 February 2026
We received the following feedback from our customers:
„I have used the screed on several jobs now and have some questions. The screed work ok in the morning when we start but about an hour into using it the receiver lights flash red up and down at the same site on the receivers and it does not seem to level . I have a clear view of the laser we set it up in front of us and only work away from the laser.”

Our analysis demonstrated that this issue can occur only with very low and bright sunlight, and the right placement of rotary laser helps to avoid it. The issue is rare and can occur only with very low and bright sunlight.

We recommend the following: Do not place the laser in line with the sun — if the sun is shining from one side, just place the rotary laser on the opposite side, and provided the illustration below.
