Fast Concrete Leveling Machine
Suitable for S1/S2/S3/S4 concrete. The working part of the device rests on cast concrete, making it also ideal for constructing a floor with reinforcement mesh and underfloor heating pipes. We have developed an easy to use and highly precise concrete leveling machine that is convenient to transport and can be used for pouring both large and small floors. The device can be used by anyone, and even the first-time users will be able to handle floor pouring successfully. Operating the machine requires no special skills or experience. The machine’s precision is +- 1mm, and it is capable of pouring 1-2000 m² of floor space per hour.

Introduction
While the machine looks simple, it took years to develop for our R&D team and has a lot of high-tech inside.
The machine works in tandem with a rotary laser guidance and delivers amazing results with +- 1mm precision.

Additional Information
Concrete flow properties of concrete complying with the EN 12350-5 standard, which is characterized by five flow classes: S1, S2, S3, S4, S5.
It is recommended to use S2 and S3 flow classes.
Classes S1 and S4 are also suitable for leveling.
It is not recommended to use the device for S5 concrete leveling.

Frequently Asked Questions
Vibration Laser Screed relies on the freshly poured concrete during the smoothing process, so it is not recommended to use fluid S4 concrete with this device, and it is not suitable for pouring very fluid S5 concrete. With Vibration Laser Screed, you can pour floors of any thickness as the thickness of the poured concrete does not matter.
Fast Concrete Leveling Machine also relies on the freshly poured concrete during smoothing, so it is not recommended to use fluid S4 concrete with this device, and it is not suitable for pouring very fluid S5 concrete.
Precise Concrete Leveling Machine rests on three points on the base surface of the poured concrete floor. Height compensation occurs afterward (first the device height changes, then the working unit is automatically adjusted back to the correct height). Therefore, this device is not the best choice for very uneven base surfaces where there are constant big up-and-down movements—for example, in the case of underfloor heating pipes, it is possible to pour, but the operator must choose a very slow forward movement speed. With the Precise machine, you can pour floors with a concrete thickness of 20–200 mm. With the Fast machine, you can pour 0–300 mm. With VLS, it doesn’t matter at all how thick the concrete layer is that you’re leveling.
In summary: Fast and VLS are suitable for smoothing thicker materials, and Precise is better for more fluid ones. The Fast machine is better for sand surfaces where there is too much removable material.
Delivery contains Fast Concrete Leveling Machine device and laser receivers.
Additionally 1 or 2 LiFePo 12V batteries with dimensions of 10x10x15cm, along with a battery charger are needed. To operate the device, a rotary laser and a measuring tape are also required.
Lead-acid batteries can be used, but then the device will weigh significantly more and there may be issues when smoothing wetter concrete.
The device comes with an assembly guide. Upon arrival, the device requires simple assembly. For assembly, only wrenches and hex keys are required.
No extensive experience is needed for operating the device. Familiarizing yourself with the manual and instructions is sufficient for usage.
We recommend conducting the initial trial and familiarization during the leveling of the concrete floor sub-base. Concrete floor sand layer leveling.
The device is designed for use in construction. It can be used both indoors and outdoors.
